Injustice in the Upper Peninsula

You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face ~ Eleanor Roosevelt

EPA FOIA's

A FOIA request with the EPA must be in writing and can be submitted by e-mail, fax, online, Webform or mail to EPA’s Headquarters Office or to one of EPA's 10 Regional offices.

In making your request, describe the records you are seeking as accurately as possible. If there are specific documents you believe are responsive to your request, please provide as much information as possible to facilitate the Agency's identification and location of them such as the date, office in which the records may be located, author, persons involved (if appropriate) and any other information that you believe would help locate the records. Include your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address so you may be contacted if additional information is needed.

When you submit a FOIA request under EPA's FOIA regulations, you are agreeing to pay up to $25.00 in fees if there are billable charges. Click here to read more from the EPA.
